Types of Insurance

Lighthouse Behavioral Health accepts a variety of insurance types, including several Medicaid HMOs. Our clinic is also a qualified Blue Cross Blue Shield provider. If your insurance plan is not accepted, please let him know prior to setting up an appointment and he will determine if he can apply to become an approved provider.
